1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of services, digital resources, and goods provided by LedgerFramePro at LedgerFramePro.com (the "Site").

2. Professional Services

LedgerFramePro offers tailored accounting system setup, integration, and advisory services. Fees for professional services are due as specified in the service proposal. Work begins after full payment.

Refund Eligibility: A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if no deliverables have been provided. To request a refund, contact us via contact form. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days. Service transfers to another party are permitted within 30 days of purchase upon written request. No refund is available after deliverables have been delivered.

3. Educational Products

Educational products include digital guides, tutorials, and workbooks. Access is granted immediately upon payment.

Refund Eligibility: Digital products may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds must be requested via contact form. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Transfers of digital product access are not available once access has begun. No refunds are provided after substantial content access.

4. Physical Goods

Physical goods include branded ledgers and printed manuals. Goods may be mailed back in original, unopened condition within 30 days of receipt. To initiate, contact us via contact form. Eligible goods will receive a refund of the product fee minus any shipping costs, processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Goods mailed back after 30 days are not eligible for refund.

5. Extended Refund Policy

All refund requests are subject to review. We may offer partial refunds or service credits at our discretion. No refunds are available for services or products clearly marked as non-refundable before purchase. Any approved refund is processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
